Purpose: To teach teens the basics of construction and to have the ability to perform basic construction skills that can be used to obtain a job and basic repairs around the home.
“I am starting this youth construction training program because there is a growing need for future building contractors, and it’s essential that we begin preparing the next generation now. Beyond career opportunities, this program will empower young people with practical skills that promote self-sufficiency—skills like basic home repairs that can significantly ease the burden on struggling family members and friends. By equipping our youth with knowledge and hands-on experience, we’re not only opening doors to long-term employment but also helping build stronger, more resilient communities.” ~ Rico Blanchett, CEO of Craftman’s Construction LLC
